About the Office

Led by the Honorable Ché Alexander, the Office of the Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts welcomes you. We provide essential legal and administrative services to the citizens of Fulton County.

Courthouse Locations

The Fulton County Superior Courthouse is located at the intersection of Central Avenue and Pryor Street. Additionally, there are two satellite locations:

• Magistrate Court Central at 369 Marietta Street NW, Suite 300
• South Fulton Magistrate Court at 8650 Fayetteville Road

Jurisdiction

The Superior Courts of Georgia have general jurisdiction over both civil and criminal law actions. Fulton County constitutes the Atlanta Judicial Circuit.

Fifth Judicial Administrative District

The Fifth Judicial Administrative District includes three locations: Atlanta (main courthouse), Dougherty County, and Early County.

Recordkeeping

The Office of the Clerk of Superior Court maintains and preserves all civil and criminal records of the Superior Court. We also prepare legal documents and provide certified copies of records.
